![]() There is a pending case in Federal Court against Bank of America. The San Francisco law firm of O'Melveny & Myers LLP (www.OMM.com) is representing BofA. Aaron M. Rofkahr was the attorney who contacted the victim in our story. He was described as sounding like a typical arrogant attorney who was happy to be paid by Bank of America. He would say one thing, and then drag his feet to cause delay. It was his attitude that caused the victim to reject a settlment offer from Bank of America. We encouraged the victim to take this case all the way to court. |
