Rofkahr was the attorney who contacted the victim in our story. He was described as sounding like a typical arrogant attorney who was happy to be paid by Bank of America. He would say one thing, and then drag his feet to cause delay. It was his attitude that caused the victim to reject a settlment offer from Bank of America.
